Very pleasant experience there. Clean and the staff was competent and responsive. Nicely furnished and tidy units with bathroom, comfortable beds, for instance. Perfect and convenient location to Puerta de Alcala. Based in a safe area👌🙂

Incredibly incompetent staff!

Stayed in a fantastic double room that felt like a hostel, which had amenities such as a roll-in shower, a hairdryer, and toiletries.

I very much appreciated the hotel arranging a taxi to take us back to the Madrid airport the next morning when their own shuttle was full. Breakfast was great, choices and quality were plentiful.

Modern and CLEAN place to stay in, it has affable and excellent staff at reception desk. Make sure to get double room with becoming like a hostel, bathroom plus a bathtub.

The room we stayed in was well-furnished and had a bathroom, three beds, and a bathtub. the hotel's proximity to the free airport shuttle service, airport drop-off, and an isolated industrial park was convenient.

the staff were really excellent, really really helpful expecially in time of the volcanic ash debacle, rooms were comfortable, we want a hotel with shuttle to airport, a family room and free wifi- meant it all thats why we booked it,

only thing I will like them to do better is enforce no smoking more in bar area, a few people lit up during a match on television, meant we have to go upstairs

Location just next door to the outskirts of town, and an isolated industrial park. Functional good-sized room with comfortable beds. Great pool, parking onsite.

Comfortable twin room with cozy beds 💤. It was well-equipped and had everything I needed for a good night's sleep.

The hotel was ideal and modern, I liked it, especially garden view. The room I stayed in was well furnished and modern, it had 2 single beds or 1 double bed. Everything was perfectly fine and the staff were responsive. The location was comfy close to the airport & nice restaurant downstairs: )

Very professional and friendly staff, amenities in the bathroom include shaving kit and toothbrush, free shuttle to and from Airport took just about 10 minutes. Excellent value for the price, buffet lunch is under 10 Euros, if you come back late, the bar offers a wide selection of warm dishes at very affordable prices. Modern, nicely designed house. Very recommendable for business trips to Madrid.

The location is not ideal within an industrial area, with some infrastructure (shops, restaurants). There are two bus lines to the train station only every half hour, the last returning at 9 P.M., so you have to take a taxi if you come back later (about 5 Euros from the train station). The train to the city takes about 25 minutes, costs just over 2 Euros and leaves about every five minutes.

The pool area was good. the location was great and absolutely perfect, next to shops, restaurants, and the shopping center. - the room was exceptionally nice and had an exceptionally comfortable bed. - the mini bar, central heating, and electronic key card were a very nice touch.

The hotel provides shuttle service to and from the airport. There is an onsite eating establishment that offers a breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet at a reasonable price with a good selection of food. The hotel staff were friendly and made reservations for us to see a Flamenco show.

The hotel is out in the middle of an industrial area. It was too far to walk to the train station so you have to take a taxi just to get to catch a train. The hotel is not located in a scenic area.

The room I had was great-sized and included amenities like a mini bar, central heating, and an electronic key card.
